Dear Clients & Friends,

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, clients, and associates very seriously. Like you, we are happy to be able to open the spa and get back to work, but understandably with some apprehension.

Under Executive Order 2020-114 AND WHILE ABIDING ALL OF THE RULES OF THE EXECUTIVE ORDER

We have chosen to open the spa on Thursday - June 18th with shortened hours probably through July 30th.

I will be meeting with the staff on Tuesday June 16th to explain and go over all sanitation protocol and rules of managing a spa during this time. We are all learning, so we hope you will be patient and cooperative with all the changes.

THINGS FOR YOU TO KNOW

*Part of the appointment procedure you will be asked several questions, and you will answer a questionnaire when you come to your appointment - so we will be able to trace - just in case

*All clients will call us/text us when they show up in the parking lot, to let us know they are ready to come in.

*Only 1 client is allowed in the waiting rooms - we have 2.

*Masks must be worn upon entering the spa and will only be removed when the service is started.

* Prior to service - we will take everyone's temperature (staff will also be tested every day).

*Everyone must wash their hands when admitted to spa area.

*Hand sanitizer and disinfectant cleaners will be in all rooms and each room will be cleaned after each service.

*Public areas - bathrooms, all handles, light switches, etc. will be sanitized throughout the day.

*We must discontinue all self-service refreshments. Please bring BUT leave your water bottles, jewelry, purse in your car, if you can.

*Spa receptionists will be behind plastic protective shield, to be able to talk to you and help - but we are encouraging clients to pay by credit card.

*Cash tips can be put into individual envelopes for the staff members.

Please review this information before making your appointment, we assume investigators will be doing spot checks on spas & salons, like they are doing of golf courses, etc. We must comply or face consequences.

In spite of all the rules and with this advance notice - we know we can still provide you with a relaxing day spa experience.

We will be doing 1 hour services for the soft opening because we have to stagger appointments. Please - -be on time for your appointments.

We will not be able to make up time due to cleaning, etc. We will be using sheets only for covers, with warmers underneath.

We will be calling clients who have already expressed interest in having services first - and those that have package plans.

We are Sorry- but at this time we will not be doing any Spafinder or Trade 1st clients.
